Location!

First of all it’s not 100% smoke free! Our first room smelled so bad that they changed our room and it was a fad but butter but still smoked in. Since they gave us a bigger room with the room change they made us pay for the difference. They said this is the rule ma’am like they follow any rules. I would not stay here if you have any sensitivities to odor or smoke!

Just a lovely clean spacious hotel with a gym a d cheap fast laundry. Friendly staff.

Could have provided more coffee for the rooms

We were on the top floor which was requested. You also could not hear anyone from the other rooms if they were being used.

The microwave did not work at all. 2 tickets for maintenance to come to fix it but no one came. Had checked multiple times if an air fryer was available but it never was.

This was our second time staying at a MainStay hotel, and unfortunately, it will be our last. The level of service and cleanliness was appalling. Upon arrival, we found stained bedsheets, and when we called the front desk to request clean ones, the man who answered told us to bag them up and bring them down ourselves. That alone was unacceptable. We stayed for 5 days and noone stopped by our room a single day, even when requested. When we went to use the kitchen, we discovered there were no clean dishes in the cabinets . They were all in the dishwasher, still dirty from the previous guests. The nights were loud and restless due to ongoing construction noises. On our second morning, we noticed a horrible smell in the room. After looking around, we discovered an old bra and thong behind the bed. Absolutely disgusting. When I brought this up to the front desk again, the staff seemed indifferent and offered no apology or solution. Overall, this stay was unsanitary, noisy, and handled with zero care or professionalism. We are extremely disappointed and will not be returning

There was a weird smell in the room all the time. We spotted few insects as soon as we entered the room. Overall this wasn't a pleasant experience.

Once i walk in i noticed they only had realy small pillows would i of been better that had normal size bed pillows

Cockroach in the bathroom. We planned to use the pull out couch, but there were no extra pillows or blankets when we called down to the front desk, the said they didn’t have any extra blankets. Only decaf coffee packets in the room. The lobby had coffee and tea. The room was a good size, with a full fridge and stove. The bed was clean and comfortable.
