All good willl stay again

The room was good and spacious. the bed was comfortable.

providing an iron for the rooms. I spend an hour waiting for an iron and still did not have it and i left without changing my clothes because I couldn't get an iron.

Building was run down, room stuck in 90’s - bathroom door did not close…. My toddler kept going in the bathroom because a simple door wouldn’t shut. Place had sketchy people hanging around, definitely do not recommend for families or solo travel. Place has seen much better days, also no breakfast in this day and age even extended stay has basic breakfast.

The aged man on the reception was treating very rude and not helpful and lied about the elevator that was not working

Everything not even cleaned and the elevator was out of service since day 1

When we arrived, we were told that the elevator to our third floor room was out of service, but would be fixed immediately. Seven days later and way too many trips up and down three flights, we learned that their promises were bold face lies. yesterday, a woman passed me on the stairs and complained that she’d been there for three weeks and it had not worked one day. So this is not a short term problem. Once we got to our room we had to have housekeeping come and vacuum because the carpet was still dirty. The phone didn’t work in the room so we let them know about that as well. They took the phone to fix it and of course never returned it. Yes, seven days without a phone in the room. This stay was disappointing to say the very least the front desk seemed like nice people unfortunately they didn’t follow through or just outright lied to us.

With all the perks of your own house, it felt like home.

The front desk stuff is very kind and the cleaning ladies too.

Great location, terrific price. Room was quiet, appreciated the space of staying in a suite. Attention to cleanliness could be improved.

The furniture was torn and stained especially the couch. Table was peeling. Carpet was stained. The mattress on the pull out couch was so disgusting I had to put two sheets over it just to feel a little comfortable to sleep on it. I had to ask the amazing housekeeping girls to help me put the pull out bed back into the couch because I struggled. It took two of them.

It’s really good and we enjoyed our time here. The room was clean and has enough space, the staff was very friendly and I would prefer to stay here next time
