Extended Stay America Suites - Chicago - Woodfield Mall

Great as usual!

Rooms were old and appliances did not work.

The positive was the staff is very nice and helpful. There were several negatives. The room did not have a microwave and it took them close to 14-16 hours to have one provided. The room itself was dirty and had a bug investation. I haven't had an issue staying at this location with either issue until this last visit. I'm very disapointed.

I like the cleanliness and privacy. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

There was a roach crawling on the bed. Room was non-smoking but smelled like cigarette smoke

I stayed in room # 218. It is smelly, the smell doesn't go away, and the smell seems to be coming from the AC duct. The beds are uncomfortable, pillows are too tight. the breakfast is namesake. no bread butter or jam.

Had to wait almost 15 minutes to check in, even though there wete no other guests waiting. This property is very dirty, stains on the room carpet, elevator floors were sticky and walls need painting.
