I did not like this hotel at all and require a refund

I git to the hotel on November 8, 2025.. my booking was a King Size Bed… they gave me 2 Queen Size Beds… I get in there… no remote and the heater component did not work… they gave me another room I was sitting in the chair and started receiving bites on my ankle and feet… I got up set on the bed and 3 small bugs in the bed at the head of the bed.. I was irritated at this point (look like bed bugs)… they sent me to another room and the toilet half way flushed… I had rooms 103, 301 and 323… never again I paid 129.99 for what to be cold and bit…

I know the hotel can’t control people but someone was definitely smoking in a room near or above us. The bathroom wreaked of cigarette smoke. The room had a strange odor. The floor needed sweeping, it wasn’t bad but I could see a some debris that was missed.The staff was good& everything else clean.
