Very nice place

Hotel was generally clean but needed some upgrades and repairs.

Over all very good, our only issue was noisy guests above us at 3am.

Sonesta Suites was one of the less expensive options and you get what you pay for. The grounds were neglected with overgrown plants, the smell in the hallways was offensive, and the gym was not well maintained (elliptical did not work and 15 lb weights missing). Our room was worn and the bathroom tile was broken and floor around the toilet was caving in. The beds were clean and comfortable but the overall condition of the Suites made it difficult to relax. We would not recommend.

I spent a considerable amount of money for one night in a suite, which was more than most places in the area, and I wasn’t happy about the condition of the room. There were rusty light fixtures and other metal fixtures in the bathroom. The floor tiles were loose and in bad condition with missing grout. Damage to the walls, furniture, and other items that don’t seem to be maintained well for a good guest experience. Overall, I wasn’t happy with the condition of the room given the price. If the price was much lower, then it would not have been an issue. However, when you are charging above or much more than the going rate, then the condition and maintenance needs to be better. The front desk staff were very nice and professional.
