Hyatt Centric Old Town Alexandria

I loved the location of the hotel. It was in the perfect area near a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The walls were so thin I could hear my neighbors all night until the early morning.

We stayed in August 25, the location itself was perfect on King Street, we could walk to the bars, restaurants etc and took taxi's across to DC. The room while not big were perfect and beds very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Indochen on site was lovely nice for dinner. Breakfast options were a little limited more a matter of personal preference. Hotel was spotless, and rooms lovely air conditioned and quiet. We would stay again no hesitation.

The portions were more than satisfactory and very delicious.

Nunca nos funcionó el Televisor. Trabaja con CromeCast y tenía el número habitación equivocado. Por tratar de conectarlo con mi celular, por error cargue una membresía personal de CromeCast la cual no me devolverán. Todo eso paso por el error de funcionamiento con el Televisor del hotel. El resto estuvo bien.

Great location and very friendly Hyatt members. Metro was at our door and easy to navigate. Many things to do in the area very safe!

The location of this hotel was great but the hotel itself was not as great. It didn’t hold up to the Centric brand I’m accustomed to. Was disappointed the BeeKind shower products were clearly not BeeKind based on the smell alone. Breakfast was subpar, the room was small, and the gym barely existed. If those things matter, stay elsewhere.
