Everything was just ok! Old building, room dirty, sheets dirty. Some of the housekeepers were so sweet. Pool out of order which we knew prior. Just ok.

If it was possible to give this property negative stars I would. We checked in fairly late. The overnight clerk was very rude because we did not want to use the card on file. We wanted to use a different one and he acted as if it were an inconvenience. We were told we could not change rooms because they did not have the room type that we rented available and the room that we got in was literally dripping wet with humidity. The bedspread, the sheet, the mattress protector the towels everything in the room was drenched. Our clothes were drenched by morning because of the humidity in the room the window would not close right the air conditioner could not keep up. It smelled horrible like dirty feet, fritos, and mold. When we went to check out a day early because we refuse to stay in those conditions another day they charged us more. I higher rate because they said we did not honor our two day reservation. Do not stay at this property run far away. The best thing that could happen would be if it burned down.

They did not let us stay Because in the website didn’t show any deposits on arrival and because we told them that they did not put that deposit in the information. They didn’t want us to stay. My mom as a disabled woman had to sleep in the car. I would like a refund inmidietly to the card. Right now she is in the hospital cause she got a small stroke. All this has her in bad condition. If don’t receive the money back inmidietly I will be filing out for a lawsuit.

The second evening we were staying we heard a loud noise in the bathroom. Upon investigation, we found that the upstairs toilet leaked through the ceiling and dumped urine and human waist into our bathroom. Luckily we weren’t in there. They switched our room but still charged us the rate For the room with the Jacuzzi even though we were put into a smaller room. Talk to the management and they did not care about our concern.

The room was not as advertised and had multiple problems. I booked a room with a king bed, but the bed was definitely not that large (it even seemed smaller than a standard queen). The front desk said it has to do with that being an ADA accessible room, but it also does not meet ADA standards since the bed was very high off the ground and hard to get in. Plus, the AC system barely worked and the mini fridge was not cold. When I tried to shower the hot water went out after 2 minutes. Overall I was very disappointed.
