Property failed to mention all fees associated with staying here but mention fees for pets which makes me feel it's an intentional just like soon after booking you're bombarded with messages from property stating the outrageous deposit and that all amenities listed are down for repair

This hotel was extremely average. We got in late, and left early. The pool was drained and not operable, which may have been an issue if we were wanting to do that. The breakfast was extremely bare and not restocked, but they did have a waffle maker which is nice. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. It was not extremely clean, but not filthy either. Very average experience. Served its purpose, but wouldn’t give it praises.

Was initially excited to book here because of location and pool along with a Jacuzzi Upon arrival, we discovered that the pool wasn’t able to be used due to a state inspection that needed to be done. This to us was very deceiving and we end up leaving the hotel. Staff was rude about. It told us that we could just check out and we just didn’t feel welcome. The bathroom in the hotel was despicable, not as clean as we would have liked especially traveling with children. Wish they would have better management, especially especially during evening hours I will say to the young lady who helped us that morning check out. Thank you. You were a blessing in disguise to that place I hope you get out soon.

Pool and hot tub is out of service and from what they said has been down for 6 months with no plans they know of to fix it that was the reason i booked it was for hot tub
