Gave us a room that was dirty. Had to go back to the lobby and wait in line another 25 minutes to get another room. The next room we got didn’t have bedding for the fold down couch. Had to wait in line another 20 minutes to get bedding. Also out of towels.

"Comfort and function "

What a pleasant surprise. Not many hotel have microwaves in room anymore. We had a refrigerator and a microwave. The staff was welcoming and the free breakfast was the cherry on the top of a beautiful stay. The layout of the room was thoughtful and the design was clean. Location was a bonus. We will definitely be back to celebrate date night in the future.
