The staff, front desk, housekeeping etc. Were always so polite and nice. The hotel was very clean and in good shape. Even the kids commented how clean it was compared to most hotel rooms. Room size was good. Breakfast was your typical breakfast fare with strawberries and blueberries for the waffles. The staff always kept the area stocked and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was quick person at front desk really didn’t communicate anything expect for breakfast in the morning. I asked about the pool hours and was told it was closed for maintenance. The whole reason we chose this hotel was for the pool. We drove over 3 hours to disappoint our children. The pool never opened it was green and very dirty. Our room was the room size we booked but the door security latch was taped and broken. The shower curtain was thin liner not a curtain and had holes. The air conditioner had a terrible smell and so did the elevator. What was supposed to be a fun family get away ended up be frustrating.

The stay was nice & the building was clean but the young man who works in the front office was being a MALE KAREN towards us, he ended up apologizing to me but not to the group of friends whom I was with who he was arguing with.

The location was great for shopping dining medical care if needed. The exterior of the property was fine but a sitting area would be an improvement. Ice machine on my floor was not working (4 night stay) entire time. Staff was friendly and professional. Certain items one might need opener, ability to make change for laundry they were not available. The property was somewhat older but very well maintained.

My husband and I enjoy staying in Spring Hill Suites hotels, but this property was disappointing. At check in we were not informed about having to sign up in order for our room to be cleaned. Even after signing up to have the room cleaned, the next day we returned after a long day out of the room to find it had not been serviced. It took me 3 trips to the front desk to get them to send housekeeping to our room. I was even accused of having left the do not disturb sign on the door. The first night there, our toilet malfunctioned. A young man came and fixed the issue, and luckily my husband watched what he did because he had to fix the toilet 3 more times during our short stay. (The problem happened on a Thursday night so a plumber could have been called on Friday to make a permanent repair.) In general, the hotel needs a little TLC, but the staff just sits behind the front desk. The only people who really worked around the property were the housecleaning crew and the ladies who set up breakfast.

They gave away our room without notifying us. We arrived, and they stated they were full.
