Springhill Suites By Marriott Overland Park

The hotel is decent enough, but staff aren't properly trained on how to do their jobs. We had to get out key cards recoded on the 2nd and 3rd days of our stay (and the front desk person failed to ask for identification to confirm the room number - a huge safety risk) and we received proper housekeeping on only 2 of the 5 days during which we stayed there. Overland Park has many similar hotel options - I would avoid choosing this one.

The room was spacious and good. The by the bathroom needed cleaned as you could tell the cleaning staff did well with most of it but missed some things that were smeared on the wall. Large disappointment with the pool not cared for. My child was planning to swim with his cousins and the pool was green and had a foul odor in the pool room.

Was told the wrong hours for weekend breakfast so we ordered out. Our room key was disabled the next day when we went for breakfast for both of our rooms. They had to reissue which was annoying since nowhere near checkout time.

Liked the staff, breakfast, cleanliness. No problems or concerns.

The room a was nice and modern. There was also ample room wrh 2 beds and a foldout couch. The only issue was the door would stick. It looks like it was damaged previously.

Its a great place to stay at. Breakfast was wonderful with multiple food options, very friendly staff, very clean and affordable, willing to stay again in the future

The room was clean and quite. Staff was freindly. Breakfast was ok. The staff seem to have a hard time keeping things filled.

Everything was great. Service was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. No hot tub, but I wouldn't have used it anyway. Definitely worth considering for my next visit.

Great stay, always clean and safe. Great location for dinner and shopping. Would recommend
