There was only one way in/out of the parking lot. The elevator took forever to get feom floor to floor nd was always full. The ice machines on each floor were out.

We had a pretty good stay but there are a few things that could have definitely been better. We stayed for 2 days and we anticipated room service coming to empty our trash and make the beds, replenish fhe towels, etc. When we got back that evening they had not been there and the front desk didn’t seem too bothered to help amend that. The pool was also WILD with a large group of unsupervised tweens that took over the pool and literally flooded the lobby. The main reason we switched from one hotel to this one was so our young children could swim. And we were not able to get in each night until 10:30 PM.
