Hotel at Old Town

Such a beautiful hotel in a great area of town, lots of great places to eat, grab a drink or shop, you won't be disappointed. The hotel is very comfortable, the people there are wonderful to work with and they are very respectful, appreciative and friendly. The morning breakfast is very good and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing & enticing. High highly recommend this hotel, you will really enjoy the old town/downtown location and for the money you are going to be better off than staying at a chain hotel.

Free parking garage, easy and friendly check in. Our room is pristine and soaps and shampoos are provided. We’re just sleeping here, but where we are (in the back of the hotel) is quite enough.

Wife and I stayed here for a night and we absolutely love this hotel and location. The front service desk employees are very friendly and welcoming; with a quick check-in. There is free parking across the way. The hotel is well maintained, very clean and a gorgeous building. Our room was nice, large, with kitchenette (mini stove, refrigerator, microwave and some cooking supplies), big spacious bathroom with shower, felt very comfy. Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and night clubs. Definitely would stay again, and recommend.

Questions brushed iff or not helpful at the desk. Food staff weee great! You could benefit from a shuttle bus. Extra toilet paper in room. Body wash versus soap. No one uses bar soap any more. Hands only, nit body. Better smelling products. More glasses in the room. TV volume controlled by the facility and the fan is loud. An ATM machine would be helpful to your guests, especially in the evening or early morning hours. Music in the lobby would add to the ambiance. Housekeeping staff very sweet and thorough. Just a few thoughts. Overall, a very clean hotel with nice decor. Rooms very comfortable.

I was really impressed with this hotel. It's a lovely old, characterful building in the 'old' town which has been lovingly restored from an old tooling factory. It has a really nice airy and light atrium which our room looked into, and each floor had a display of pictures and display cabinets of something regarding the history of the town, or of the hotel when it was a factory, which was very interesting to look around. In the atrium they had a lovely sitting area with a small waterfall and complementary tea and coffee which was great to relax in. Our room was a good size and was very modern and comfortable with a nice comfy bed and pleasantly decorated. It was very quiet too. Also the bathroom was modern and large. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast there also was pretty good (at extra cost but we knew that). The area around the hotel was quiet, full of interesting shops and bars, and seemed very safe. I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the greyhound bus station which was also good for us. And buses to the highlight city sight 'the keeper of the plains' ran close to the hotel and were quite frequent (around a 15 minute ride).

Good hotel. It has a boutique feel to it and the room was very easy to sleep in. They have a convenient free parking garage right there too. Plus free coffee in the morning - which is becoming more and more rare these days. Go to Sabor restaurant for a good, local meal with some flair.
