Hotel at Old Town

Hotel at Old Town is a charming hotel in the heart of historic Old Town area of Wichita. It has adjoining covered free parking which is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and comfortable.

It is so rare to find an independently owned hotel these days! We happened to just see this cool looking old building when we were visiting Wichita previously. And when I looked it up, I couldn't believe how reasonable the rates were. So we were excited to book a stay here when we had another Wichita trip planned. This hotel is so clean & the rooms are modern while they still clearly respect the history of the beautiful old building. We will for sure stay here again next time we come to Wichita! I don't know if the rates were lower because it was the end of winter, but you would be lucky to get a Motel 6 something on that level for the rate we paid! Stay here! Wichita is a fun town with a lot to offer, especially restaurant-wise!

Great location in Old Town, was perfect for the event we attended in town. Very interesting Air Capital displays to help explain the Wichita connection to aviation. Plus, parking was free in the next-door garage.

Everything. Truly a remarkable hotel in so many ways and an aviation walk back in time on the third floor. Lots of amenities nearby.

I assumed from the listing that the breakfast was included in room charge. Info in room divulged the price per guest. This was VERY disappointing as free breakfast was a condition of our selection.

Tools and construction equipment stored just outside of the elevators was unacceptable for the perceived star level of the facility. There was not a bedside table on one side of the bed, so we had to use our cooler.
