"Cigarette Burns"

It was a great stay. I slept the best I have in months. The curtains had cigarette burns in them. We were under tornado watch my first night. A guest asked at the front desk about what to do and the guy at the front desk couldn’t answer.

Waited in the lobby for 20-25 minutes with no one present to check in. Someone had put a sign in the counter that said will be right back, sorry. Staff was in the bathroom in hallway and emotionless with check in and at checkout. Two different employees. The housekeeper at check out 5/11/25 was very nice. Food quality was poor at breakfast

Staff lack of service and food. Bed was comfortable and water in shower was hot

"Excellent"

Really nice staff! Only thing I found disappointing was for breakfast there was no eggs served. Had everything else, but would've been nice to have scrambled eggs with my sausage and toast.
