The staff was polite and overall cleanliness was good with plenty of hot water.

I upgraded to a "king sized suite with hottub" because of my disability, the draw being a functioning hot tub. Due to internet issues there was difficulty in initially showing the upgrade, but that got resolved. That evening I went to use a beverage machine that failed to dispense my beverage. I was basically told, "oh well my loss" and that a sign would be put on the machine. I went to use the hot tub in my room and while the water was hot, the jets did not function, and an inspection revealed two broken vent nozzels so basically I had an oversized bath tub. I spoke with the front desk and the young gentlemen was non-plussed as to the problem. I also made mention that several electrical outlets didn't work when I plugged my laptop and phone chargers in they failed to function. (Chargers verified functional where I was working on that Saturday). When I checked out I was told that since I booked on-line that the hotel could not give me a final receipt. With the exception of check-in, the employees that I dealt with gave an attitude that I was inconvenience to their shift. It is highly unlikely that if in the Central City Kentucky area, that I will stay here again.

The shower in our room didn’t have cold water, but the jacuzzi tub did and so did the sink. Wish there were more options for complimentary breakfast as well. The bed was very comfortable and the stay was great!!

It was clean and comfortable especially for the price. The staff was very friendly. Especially the housekeeper Tracy, loved her. I would definitely stay here again.

A few minor things I would have changed . More plugins, plugs for sink and tub. The rooms were a little small.
