When I went into my room there was a strong mildew smell. I went and bought air fresheners but it didn’t help. I took my shoes off and walked to the bathroom and the carpet in front of the bathroom door was soaking wet. I told the staff and I got down grated from a king sized bed with a jetted tub to a two queen size bed room. They would Not give me any type of refund whatsoever. I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions but I will Never stay there again.

They are doing better. The AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. Still didn't have a working blow dryer in the bathroom but at least the TV worked and the windows were not broken and locked. This hotel still needs a lot of maintenance items seen too. The pool was closed again. They need a proactive maintenance manager. I expect more from a franchised property like this at this price point.

It had a bed to sleep in.

The pool was closed. There was nothing on their website about it being closed nor at the front desk. At check in, they didn't verify who I was, and didn't state anything about the hotel, breakfast, the pool being closed, etc. The only reason I booked this hotel is because it had a pool and we were going to be in the area during the July 4th weekend. Also there were no lamps next to the beds and the hotel phone was so stained with cigarette yellow I wouldn't have used it to call 911 if I was on fire.
