Extended Stay America Suites - Cincinnati - Florence - Turfway Rd

Would rather had a nice breakfast, but a coffee and muffin was good enough.

Only the staff and location!

The only thing like-able at this location was the staff and the location itself. They should not say they offer breakfast when all they have out is packs of oatmeal and not even all the fixings for that. Had it not been for the staff and the fact that I was tired from driving I would have stayed somewhere else for the night. Thankfully it was only one night and checked out and into a Drury Hotel. The microwave was filthy and Brandon at the front desk had to come up and clean after I called. The desk chair was filthy, covered in white gooey looking stuff top and bottom. The dresser underneath the TV had a big burn on it. The kitchen cabinets were dirty. Clearly the house keeper did not try and clean this room property and no one checked behind her. I was very disappointed. The staff Brandon and Christie (I think) were the only bright side to this stay!

Lots of restaurants nearby, easy access to Freeway.

Whole experience was terrible!

First we got in late. No one at desk. When we got our keys we went to room and someone was already occupying it. Had to go down stairs and wait for someone to help us again. Over all took 45 minutes to get in a room.

Room reeked of smoke and overall felt unclean.

The location was good for us. Next to hospital complex.

Would not stay again. The hotel floors were dirty. It looked like they hadn't been mopped in a few days. The hotel had a horrible smell in the hallway and the room. I stayed one night. Checked in at around 7:30 p.m. and checked out at 6:00 a.m. In that short time, my clothes picked up the smell of the room.

The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and take care of any requests. The room was comfortable, clean, and the staff will provide kitchen items upon request.

I was not prepared to have no extras in the room, basically no hair dryer. The breakfast was "grab and go" which means a packaged muffin and a protein bar, definitely not anything I would eat.
