Great place to stay, helpful staff.

I felt like the beds were a little to firm for me, small bathroom. The room wasn't bad, but next time I will spend the $20 and go across the street.

Lost power at 3:30 am not sure when it come on we checked out!

The ad says “includes breakfast”— there was a choice of a muffin or a Nature Valley bar and nothing to drink but coffee. This is not breakfast. We had to go elsewhere and pay more money to get breakfast.

It was clean no bedbugs.

I felt liked people lived there on a regular basis. I did not like being placed on 4th floor for my stay. I made my reservation at least a month and a half ahead of time and asked for ground floor placement. They never responded then that they didn’t have a single unit available on the ground floor so I assumed that they may be able to accommodate my request. When I arrived is when they told me that they didn’t not have a single unit available on the ground floor. All I needed was a queen bed and fridge and bathroom. If they would have told me sooner they could not accommodate me I would have changed hotels. I did not need a kitchenette as I was only staying the night. When I made the reservations I took what was available with a queen bed. Also the plug in the bathroom did not work so I had to use the nearest one in the kitchenette. The bed was not comfortable at all.

Bed were comfortable, and the hotel was quiet.

The breakfast offering was horrible. For the price of a night, you would expect a decent breakfast.

Clearly long term living for low income individuals. I tried 2 rooms, and they both smelled heavily of smoke. I changed hotels.
