Friendly staff

As soon as you walk in the entire lobby, and hallways reeked of cigarettes. I'm not even sure that was the only thing burning there. We had to put towels at the base of our door to keep it out. We stayed in a non smoking room but still smelled. There were no refunds or we would have gone elsewhere.

If you just need to lay your head down for the night, it is fine, but for the money, spend another 20 and go to Lexington

It was amazing

The Inn has been greatly affected by the "shut-down" & "pandemic" and the admenties shortcoming are greatly evident: limited lighting, no breakfast, broken or missing room features (no hair dryer, & the door lock was broken)

Need to keep the place in better shape and more clean.

When I got to the front desk to check in I was informed that in addition to my room charge there would be a $50 deposit for incidentals. The incidental Deposit is required in cash. So if you stay at this hotel make sure you have enough cash to cover the expense. It would have been nicer to know that this was a requirement prior to making the reservation. Nothing in their literature says anything about a cash deposit

Dirty, no phone in room, no amenities, poor housekeeping services, no coffee maker in room

Cheap price. Staff friendly. Property a little run down but ok for just a short stay.

We were instantly confused about how to turn into the parking lot but you're supposed to drive through a back alley behind a gas station and you'll stumble upon the entrance eventually. The management team was really polite but we had to pay extra to have our room cleaned each day for some weird reason???? The pictures of our room speak volumes. I'm glad they fixed the toilet seat that was halfway broken off eventually. Uuuugggghhhhh....
