Bed bugs at the Nicholasville KY location!!

I got bitten by a bed bug. I know this could happen anywhere, but it was obviously disturbing and caused extra work for me when I got home in order to ensure that none made it home with me.

Water pressure is good and hot water doesn’t run out. I appreciate that. And the coffee station is kind for visitors. For what I paid I was happy. I only wish there was a hair dryer in the room

It was an alright hotel but it smelled really bad like dog piss and cat piss

Dealing with this hotel to get a refund has been a living hell. First of all, the person checking me in lied and told me I’d have to address my complaints with the hotel owner. That person WAS the owner. Their card key room access was not working so I had no way to safely enter or exit my room. After discovering this safety issue, I decided to not check in or stay here, yet I was charged for the night’s stay anyway. They market themselves as “pet friendly” but that was a lie as well. If you want to stay in a hotel that looks like it’s ideal for drug dealers and prostitutes, you are in for a treat. If you want cordial staff and a clean, safe to stay overnight, RUN from this place. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a hotel stay (or not since the place was so awful I decided to leave) in all my life.

This is a basic hotel without a lot of fanfare, which I knew when I booked. A little dated with worn carpet and damage to walls. The room and bed were decent and water pressure was good. Staff friendly and accommodating. Some decent restaurants not far from hotel.

We rented the suite and it was such a a great deal. It was only 114 bucks on Expedia and that included the Jacuzzi!! The gentleman at the front desk, I believe his name was Ryan (maybe Josh ) was super friendly, nice, and very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and had everything we needed while we were there. (Thank you again for the lighter!) I will say they have done a massive amount of remodeling to this place and it looks amazing!! They are still working on it so if staying somewhere where there is still MINOR updates being done would bother you just know there are small things still being incorporated into the property. I wish they allowed pets or had a select few rooms that were pet friendly because I would like to go back and stay for more than one night and take my dog. The only thing that I really didn't like was that there isn't a bathroom in the lobby, other than that I was completely satisfied with my stay and the staff. Thanks so much!!
