Extended Stay America Suites - Columbia - Columbia Parkway

Breakfast were muffins, coffee and tea displayed on a folded table by the front door.

Building was under renovations. I wish we were told this. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. With every movement we had to push it against the wall. I will not be by staying at this hotel EVER again.

Renovation Review. - recent room renovations ( from flooring to lighting and more) are amazing. The rooms are lighter more 21st century in terms of style , which results in a more welcoming space. Good job. 👌🏾🫰🏾

The room was clean and comfortable and had just about what you needed.

The breakfast hours end way too early and ending at 0830 everything is essentially gone and coffee pot lukewarm. I understand grab and go but ending at 0830 is a bit early with nothing near-by to walk to for breakfast. Driving up to the location in the dark is difficult since the driveway has a 3ft sign with no lights. The lobby has a sign over the entrance but a large tree blocks you from seeing it and it doesn't say Extended Suites.

The room was filthy! When we turned on the AC we couldn’t figure out what the stench was until we checked the AC unit, appeared to be mice droppings. We couldn’t bear staying in that filth

Other than the location it was to the interstate for work, I did not like this property.

The was a lot of “suspicious activity”/people loitering in the parking lot.
