Damaged furniture, run-down and overall bad experience.

Dirty and I felt unsafe. I would post more but everytime I go into detail they come back saying my review was rejected.

Guest services are outstanding! dealing with Jeanette and Uzo it's always a pleasure and always productive! The maintenance service here is always on point Zakaria seems to be flying solo, still he does an excellent job. I believe this is due to the fact that they have an amazing GM! In my opinion could leadership counts for everything! I can feel the care and commitment in this establishment, it's in the air, making this My Home away from Home

The room smelt of dog and urine. You had to request anything you wanted for the kitchen. Walls very thin

I got back to my hotel room and discovered that the toilet would not flush. It was already late so I didn’t call anyone. I will let them know in the morning. The bed only had a sheet and the top cover and no blanket. I had called down earlier to get a spoon and a plate and a knife and instead of the employee bringing it up they told me to come down and get it, which I didn’t not great customer service.

First thing the room number plates were removed and randomly placed on the wrong door, so I could not find my room. After returning to the front desk to explain i was escorted back upstairs to the room. When the clek opened the door numerous roached scattered around, then she took me to a second room which was even my infested with roaches. I was given another that was not truly up to par but due to the late hour i had no choice but to stay. I WAS HIGHY DISAPPOINTED AND DIGUSTED.

I didn't like that they did not serve a full breakfast and there were no toiletries in the bathroom.

The Desk wasnt at their place when I arrived and couldnt me provide a receipt for the stay
