Extended Stay America Suites - Frederick - Westview Dr

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel.

My only complaint was breakfast....very littler available. It was much better a few years ago.

The Front Desk women were very helpful. My room was clean and convenient for entering and exiting the building.

The bathroom shower had no curtain and I didn’t notice till I woke up at 5am to shower for work and couldn’t shower . Had people in the parking lot with a dog till 11pm talking and dog barking .

Close to alot of restaurants.

Halls smelled smokey. Beds were'nt as comfy alittle firm for me not enough pillows.

My partner and I checked in and grappled with whether or not we wanted to stay. We had booked the hotel with points. Neither the hotel nor our room were especially clean. Crumbs on the kitchen counter, hair in the bathroom, etc. We did not want to touch anything. We were only staying for one night but ultimately decided to go to another hotel where we felt more comfortable. We have stayed in plenty of basic hotels so we do not need anything fancy, but this was sub par.

Breakfast was disappointing, only cold offerings. Other guests were loud, including a barking dog.

The sheets appeared to be soiled, when I went to the desk for replacements there was no one at reception.
