I didn’t partake in breakfast if there was any! Convenient to my work location with an ease for me to commute to and fro.

The staff could double check to see if the rooms are furnished with necessities such as trash can, coffee maker, and cutting knives for use by the customer in all rooms. Regardless, the staff were great to provide the items when asked which is a great customer service experience.

Suite style room, nice set up. Clean and quite.

Very limited cable, no Continental breakfast, door key card didn't open any outside doors, had to walk all the way around to main lobby to get back in. Upon arriving I was told the elevator was broken, I wasn't told that when I reserved the room which was on the second floor, had to carry all luggage up steps both times! Main desk offered no discount or any help, they couldn't do anything to help out that's corporates decision. Corporate needs to be honest with customers with a major issue of no elevator upon reservations being made and give a discount for the trouble or honesty let people know so they can look elsewhere if they so choose. After a ten hour work day I really didn't feel like carrying all my heavy luggage up two flights of stairs upon check in! Staff was apologetic but no reimbursement or discount for my trouble. Not a bad location or staff, just need to see front desk staff with more authority to accommodate problems and help customers when these problems happen.
