Breakfast was better than expected, room was clean and comfortable.

Exterior entrance door needs painted.

Everything went well from booking to checking out. Nice clean, comfortable rooms. Good variety for breakfast, and the little ones enjoyed the pool.

Staff was nice.

Room was dusty. Vents had major dust. Thermostat would not work and temperature stayed at 75 degrees which made it terrible to sleep. Dirty mirrors. Spiders. Breakfast food was not good and coffee was terrible.

The property is in a nice area with plenty of restaurants nearby. The King Suite was very spacious, very clean and nicely appointed. We appreciated the larger refrigerator and the water pressure in the shower was great. We also appreciated the full size body wash, lotion, shampoo and conditioner as opposed to the tiny travel sized ones many hotels set out. It’s convenient not to have to pack that stuff if you’re only staying a night or two. I do wish hotels would choose more neutral scents though. The flowery smelling stuff is always so strong. Also, it seems like the body lotion was diluted with quite a bit of water. I’ve never used such a thin/runny lotion before. It would also be nice if the rooms had smart tv’s so guests could log in to their own streaming accounts. That being said, we have a small Roku stick that we pack so we were able to access the streaming services we wanted and the wifi strength was perfect. The only complaint we had was that others were smoking marijuana on our floor and we could smell it pretty strongly in our room. We don’t care what other people choose to do in that regard, we just prefer not to have to smell it for hours. Breakfast selections were plentiful and of a nice variety. The mattress was fairly comfortable and both foam and feather pillows are provided. The feather pillows weren’t very lofty so if you like feather pillows but struggle with sleeping well on flat ones, take your own. Staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful.
