It was an average nothing spectacular. The rooms had perfect. It was a kind of smelly and breakfast was terrible.

My stay was great. Jordan was absolutely wonderful. The first room had a odor, he moved me to another room #220 the first room was #213. Had a bad odor and there was some water standing in the tub/shower. I called to let the front desk know, Jordan came up, very nice young man, and kindly escorted us to another room. There was no ice on any of the floors during our stay, but we were able to walk over and get ice from the sister hotel. To Malinda, I didn't get to see her, but thank you so very much for bring so kind when I called early morning to confirm my arrival that day. Wednesday. First trip ever to Minnesota, she was so kind to me. Sorry I missed meeting her. All in all, when I come back to Minnesota, I will definitely choose to stay there again. Thank you So much for a great stay. And also, continental breakfast was nice.

We had no ice on our floor, neither did the other floors. But we were satisfied in getting ice from the sister hotel.

Uncomfortable bed

There was one front desk staff member that was very rude. She didn't seem to like her job. She worked 2nd shift. All the other staff was very pleasant

I rarely write negative reviews, but our stay was truly disappointing. The room had a strong, musty smell, and we quickly discovered why: the AC unit was leaking onto the floor, and there was black mold on the ceiling above the shower. We were offered a replacement room, but it had clearly been smoked in recently, and the smoke detector had its battery taken out, which was a huge safety concern. We were stuck and couldn't leave, so we had to make the best of it. The staff was generally accommodating, but the condition of the rooms was unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
