I was really impressed. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were kind and helpful.

Perfect for an overnight stay. Pool was a nice treat after a hot day in the sun.

Bed was hard, pillows were flimsy, not the best room we've had here. Breakfast was limited for gluten-free people, but lots of coffe fixings.

They are always friendly.

The check in was horrible. The woman at the desk was angry, unwelcoming and unhelpful. We booked through Booking and paid before we arrived. She double charged us and it took the the manager the next morning over an hour to fix her mistake. She chewed me out too. The only thing that was okay was breakfast. And that was just okay.

Everything. The woman working behind the desk at arrival was horrible.

Property feels a little tired. Also, never advised that room would only be serviced every 3 days. Towels did not dry well in humid Minn so had to chase down replacements

Hotel staff were excellent! Room was clean and ready when we arrived.

It was affordable. The breakfast was great. Our room smelled damp. Our tub was kind of gross.

I encountered three different staff during our one night stay. Each were unpleasant, not helpful and bordered on being rude. Breakfast was ok. Room was old. Bathroom had mold. Fire sprinkler was full of cobwebs. Waited 40 minutes for the shuttle at the airport, was told it would take 25 minutes
