"Not really a Sonesta buyer beware!"

Very disappointing. I am platinum level with sonesta and yhis was not up to sonesta standards. It took me almost an hour to check in. Very busy but only one person at the desk. Overall run down no pop in the pop machines, the list goes on and on and on.

"Completely run down and dilapidated "

I hate to leave a bad review, because the staff was very nice....BUT this place was NOTHING like the pictures or older reviews. It was truly run down and in horrible condition. The mattresses were stained and old, the facility smelled horrific, and the rooms were in TERRIBLE condition. The premises were populated with actual residents who sat in hallways and were very loud. It was really a bad hotel.

PICTURES ARE EXTREMELY MISLEADING. Motel 6 vibes. The hotel itself is disgusting. It looks like no one has cleaned, vacuumed, or taken out trash in a few weeks. Loud appliances, and questionable location. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Dirty towels and washcloths. Hallway dirty with people walking up and down them all night. Someone tried to come in my room twice. Shady activities going on in and out of the building. Pictures look nothing like the actual hotel. Overall I would never recommend this place.
