"Disappointing stay due to the hot water issue and lack of attention by the management."

No breakfast on offer. Location was great

No hot water available in bathroom despite assurances that the gas regulator had been repaired. So no shower on the first morning as I was in a rush to meet someone. On the second morning they directed me to another room where I managed to have a hot shower. Unacceptable level of service. Also not easy to find the manageress as the reception was closed. The rates are good but the place is quite run down and needs to be painted and spruced up.
