Thanks to the General Manager Maria and Wesley at Front Desk we had a very comfortable stay for over a week with 2 year old. All amenities like toaster, utensils were taken care. I really appreciate their kindness and hospitality to make us feel welcome. Would highly recommend this place for its staff and location.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The ceiling in our room was actively leaking, which is not only unacceptable but a clear sign of poor maintenance. No guest should have to stay in a room with water damage. When we went to the front desk to address the issue, the staff were completely unhelpful and dismissive. There was no urgency, no real attempt to fix the problem, and no effort to make the situation right. To make matters worse, the location listed in the confirmation email was incorrect, which caused confusion and wasted our time trying to figure out where we were actually supposed to go. Basic accuracy should not be that hard. The hallway smelled strongly like wet dog the entire time. We later realized a guest in room 204 appeared to have multiple dogs in the room, which management clearly was not handling properly. Regardless of the reason, the entire floor smelled terrible. That reflects very poorly on management and cleanliness standards. Between the leak, the inaccurate information, the smell, and the unprofessional staff, this stay was extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere.
