"A sadly average stay"

The staff was nice, but the room had stale food in the heater venter, crumbs int he room and so I asked to switch bedrooms. I called down and was told someone was going to bring my new key up, however after waiting 15 minutes no one came. I had to take all of my stuff back downstairs and get the key. Once I got back up to my new room, I struggles to connect to the wifi, so I went to call the front desk and my phone was not working so I can to again walk all the way downstairs to ask for them to send someone up to fix my phone. This hotel had good reviews, so I went in with higher expectations and they were sadly not upheld. It sadly ended up being an average stay.
