Not well suited for professionals.

Just not what I thought it should be not bad but thought it should have been better. There is a smell in halls

An average hotel experience. A couple inconveniences: it was on a busy street and hard to find the turn in, which is very short, so I passed it and had to turn around; and there are only breakfast bars and oatmeal packets available for breakfast, but no matter how early you go they seem to be almost out.

Cost to quality. Hotel is pretty beaten up. AC was rattling crazy

Horrible experience I never got to stay at the place last night. And got canceled, and you guys took my money. So what do I do about getting it back?

The helpful staff.

The ceiling of my room dripping water from the upstairs air conditioner The lock to the room opened only 1 out of 5 attempts. The worse part filthy floors that after the 1st day I had to throw my socks out picture added. The air conditioner sounded like a freight train so I couldn't use it at night.

This is the first time is stayed at the Extented Stay America, All the Staff were welcoming Especially Maria and Wesley who I have been interacting quite frequently. All the staff members were very friendly and made my stay very comfortable. Only one feedback. If there can be some provision made for customers luggage to be kept securely they come in early till they check into the room.would be very helpful.

There is nothing that I think of that I did not like

Terrible smell, the included breakfast was coffee, hot chocolate, and muffins, oatmeal, and bars. Queen bed ended up being a Full size bed and the floor was very sticky. The worse was that we went out with all of ours belongs the day we were leaving at 7 am thinking in coming back to rest for a bit around 10 and the rooms was already cleaned for the next guest when check out is at 11 am. I would not recommend this place.

There was some awful smell coming down the hallway. Stain on the bed. On the cover looked like a foot print. It looked like a homeless shelter with the clientele. Would not stay here again
