Extended Stay America Suites - Princeton - South Brunswick

It was easy to book this hotel. The location, right on Rte 1, is good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The price was right considering we knew we wouldn't be spending much time in the room. The bed was comfortable and we slept pretty well.

Look, this is a budget hotel. You can't expect it to be luxurious. The fixtures are all a bit dated and faded: trim that doesn't fit that well, light water damage in different areas. It isn't even a criticism, it's just inevitable at this price point. The Nassau Inn is $300, the Graduate is $600, this is $150.

It was a good place to stay, the breakfast was coffee, blueberry muffin and instant oatmeal

The price was good. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The shower and tub was clean. The bed was comfortable.

I think they should have pastries. The muffins don't taste that good. They are ok. I passed on them my second visit.

Nice staff

Extremely disappointed. Terrible front desk service. I was called twice on my cell phone. There was one voicemail left stating room not clean. I called back and they said they were overbooked with no apologies. And then I was billed for the stay. I called the claims office and I have a claim pending. It was a terrible experience. I was forced to pay a higher cost at another hotel for short notice. This should be investigated by Better Business Association. Should I be refunded by Expedia or Hotel. I am caught in the middle.

It was clean. It was comfortable. It was in a good location near grocery stores and other stores.

I didn't like the chairs in the room they didn' have good support you could easily fall off. I didn't like the kitchen had no dishes or utensils or toaster. Breakfast was ok.

What breakfast! Muffin and coffee!

No cleaning service, if I'm on vacation I don't want to clean and get towels everyday and make beds and alot of other stuff not happy! Toilet was not flushing and I had to Plunge it!

Safe and affordable

The staff seemed to not want to put the breakfast snacks out.

What was served and the unwillingness of the clerk to put it out. When I came down, everything was just about gone, although it was early. He took his time to carefully place a few things out.
