my only problem was the shower handle did not work properly or well. It was extremely difficult to adjust temperature. It needs to be replaced. There is no reason something as basic as that should be left misfunctioning. Simple and easy.

The room key didn't work and we had to wait almost 30 mins to get help just for the staff to put us in another room. That rooms refrigerator made loud noises all night and the A/C didn't work because the thermostat had a low battery. There was stains in the bathroom also. I have pictures.
