"Cheap but clean"

The rate was cheap for the area, not much there, though. McD's across the street, Wendy's in the parking lot. Sheets and towels were clean, but no one seems to move the furniture to dust. The hallways could use a cleanup. They have a good ruse going whereby they show you a stinky room that you could have, but for $10 cash you get an "upgrade" to a decently remodeled room. Okay if all you do is sleep and shower.

"cheap hotel"

if you are not going to be in the room at all and just sleep there, its ok. dirty, but not comfortable to hang out in for long periods. you get what you pay for with this hotel.

"Great value"

Was offered the upgrade at check in for $10.00, Definitely worth it. Room was nice & comfortable. Had a dead battery & the manager offered to jump the vehicle instead of us waiting until AAA to come. Very nice of him. Definitely will stay here again the next time we come through.

"Good"

Motel lost power at night due to adjacent construction - not the motel's fault but inconvenient. Lights of some type should have been provided. Motel was convenient to I-35 and had good rates. Breakfast was minimal - little variety and poor quality choices.
