The room I was assigned to was never cleaned. They were booked. The maid was even called in the afternoon when we checked in and never got to finish the room. We did not stay because the room was horrible and never cleaned. We ended up driving home three hours starting at 1 AM. There have been issues with my card being used to pay other charges and rooms that I had to cancel my credit card for.

The outlet was tripping all night no one came to fix it

Newly remodeled with great design choices. Staff was kind. I could tell this property was being updated and trying to make positive changes. Our room had no smell which was very pleasant. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very large tv was nice

The room we had was not clean. The slippers we had on were thrown away due to the dirt from the floor. It was worse than all other hotels I’ve stayed in, even with carpet. The walls were dirty and I had to wipe the faucets and door handles off because there was something on them. The glasses in the kitchen had finger prints on them and the kitchen drawers had crumbs and hair in them. I assumed the room wasn’t cleaned but the beds were made. The main door to the hotel was open at all times which made me nervous for security reasons. No option to add breakfast. No fan in the bathroom. We checked in at 3:30, we were laying down taking a nap around 4 and some lady walked into our room. Used a key card, I can only assume she was the cleaning staff but woke the kids up and couldn’t get them back to sleep.

I did not stay or check in there was no lights in the facility.

The bed was comfy. Decently clean. Workers pretty nice. Place was decent for the price.

No one ever came for housekeeping although no sign was up. Had to get our own towels and our own stuff.
