Kings Inn & Suites Mason

Our room was very dirty found 2 roaches !. Had to wait 2 hours for a blanket. Window screens are broken. Overall very dirty hotel

The bed was very soft and the pool was very warm. Really close to Kings Island, stay here for a place when you visit the park.

There was cigarettes and food in the sink. Walked in and could smell cigarettes looked around and in the livingroom sink was not cleaned from lasy guest. Microwave also. Went straight to front desk. Signed a paper I would not smoke in the room before check in. Front desk was busy and did offer me to not accept the room. But it was who is going to clean the room talk between employees. Sold Out night no other rooms since the hotel is near Kings Island. .

Food splattered on the fridge door, sink dirty. French fries and dirty napkins or tissue under the couch, electrical outlet broken and wires exposed, bathroom was disgusting. Was told we would get our money back to call the next day and when we did the lady said that we weren't getting our money back or are deposit and Hung up on us twice. we didn't even stay in the room! Found a syringe near the front door in the landscape area with roach repellent in it. The entire place was just old looking and disgusting and they need to fire housekeeping and front desk has a disgusting way of dealing with customers!

One of the worst hotel rooms I've been in. Lobby smelled overwhelmingly of chlorine when coming in. Soda fridge had a 'sorry, out of order' sign taped to it, despite still having drinks in it. Stains on literally everything that could be stained. Bugs in the room. There was some sort of anti-bug device directly mounted to the wall in the room. There was a hookup for a smart thermostat, as well as instructions on how to use it, but the actual thermostat had been disconnected/ripped out. No smoke alarm in the room. The pull out couch had multiple visibile stains. One mattress was literally torn open and had multiple questionable stains. The other mattress was clearly newer, it had no stains, but was about a foot shorter than the bedframe it was put upon. Headboards both had what appeared to dried 'liquid' streaks. I didn't investigate further. Bathroom had multiple stains, body hair, rust stains. Body hair in the chest of drawers, as well as what appeared to be some sort of bug exoskeleton. It was very apparent that the room hadn't been actually cleaned in weeks if not months. There was a random vape just lying on the floor in the room as well. Upon leaving, we also noticed from the outside that there was a very obviously broken window in the room next to ours that appeared to have been taped up. There's a reason this place is so cheap. There's a reason this place has rooms available while every other decent hotel is booked solid. Don't stay here.

The whole room was dirty! It was 88° in the room when we arrived and it took 3 hours for it to cool down enough to be tolerable! The beds were very uncomfortable. All of the side doors didn’t work, so you have to walk all the way around to the front to get back inside. There were a bunch of teenagers on our floor who were yelling and carrying on until 3am! The phone in the room didn’t work. The mini fridge was disgustingly dirty. When I told the front desk clerk at checkout I was basically blown off…. No apology or offer to make anything right… I know it was a cheap hotel but still….

The mini fridge was in the middle of the room when I entered, there was a leak and the floor was wet on one side of the bed, the toilet tank was broken and flooded.

As always, they were kind, efficient, respectful, good people that worked there and owned the place
