We loved how close to kings island we were at this location. The room was clean and stocked and very cool on a hot summer day the staff were very friendly and accommodating the whole stay

I have stayed there in the past and it wasn't so bad, but during my last visit the room was in uncappable shape, so I had to cancel and rebook my stay elsewhere.

Well, you get what you pay for. The room was really dirty for a hotel, with a giant stain on the floor, staining on the floor of the bathtub/shower, grime in corners, etc. The A/C works fine, I thought it didn’t at first but parts of the display and lights on some of the buttons are broken, and the curtains, which could not be opened beside scrunching them up and using the ironing board to hold them, draped too far down over the A/C and blocked a lot of the cold air from making it to the rest of the room until I moved the curtain. The toilet seat had some spots of degraded plastic. Oh and the room had a very strange smell, not like cigarettes but also not *not* like cigarettes lol. The tv remote didn’t work and there was no channel guide or anything, also not a smart tv so no netflix etc. They didn’t have any ice buckets, so they gave me a bag, but the ice machine on the first and second floors was broken. Finally I made it to the 3rd floor (I was exhausted, sunburnt, chafed, and blistered) where the ice machine worked but the bag ended up touching the grate/drain and got covered in a weird black substance (mold?) which was disgusting and i just gave up on ice despite being in extreme pain. Overall the worst hotel stay i’ve ever had, extremely disappointed.

We have not been to this hotel for close to 2 years …. It is NOT part of IHG and you can absolutely tell the moment you arrive! From outside to inside - DIRTY/CUSTOMER SERVICE AWFUL/NO BREAKFAST/NO ICE ACCESS/ROOMS/BATHROOM - HORRIFIC - SO GROSS! WE DID NOT WANT TO STAY THERE BECAUSE WE WERE SO GROSSED OUT …. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK WHEN IN TOWN! PLUS - THEY CHARGE A $75 HOLD ON YOUR ACCOUNT FOR 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS! CALLED THIS MORNING AND GOT THE RUN AROUND 😤 WHO DOES THAT!?!? AND - WE ALWAYS HAD OUR FUR BABY (thankfully she was not on this trip) WITH US AND A HUGE SIGN DURING CHECK - IN THAT TOOK FOREVER — NO PETS ALLOWED 😡 HORRIBLE! STILL IN SHOCK!

You get what you pay for. Not the cleanest, but its a cheap hotel with a 15 minute drive to Kings Island. They have a pool, and a grocery store nearby. The older white lady at the front desk definitely needed a bubble bath, she was feeling snippy with me my whole stay. But all in all, not a bad stay
