The Ritz-Carlton, Pune

Chef Sonal turned breakfast into a mini culinary adventure. Friendly, attentive, and clearly dedicated to his craft, he prepared custom à la carte dishes for me and paired them with curries, regional dishes, and spices beautifully. I came for breakfast and ended up getting a flavor tour of India. If you’re staying at the Ritz, I highly recommend finding Sonal for an unforgettable Indian breakfast experience.

I booked an airport pick up directly with the Ritz and via the Ambassador Elite channel. They had no record or my arrival. They admitted a lapse but really? Two emails and follow up to book a straightforward airport pickup? Wonder how the hotel actually runs other operations…. It’s time hotels stopped hiding behind their fancy brands and actually create the brand experience.

We got a chance to be part of Ritz zesty regional food festival(Nepal and Nagaland food festival).The scrumptious and flavourful food spread during these festivals are a must try! Specially when you have the warm chef Team of Ritz assisting you over each menu item and it's richness,it's an add on!Be it the Thukpa or the rice bread of Nagaland...each are must try!Ritz Friday night is more about"Wow..the weekend begins"!!!!! My special Thanks to Chef Kausik Chef Lokendra Chef Vishwanath Chef Rajesh Chef Anand Chef Raja Chef Buddha . Finally the Thanks to Manager Chetan and Rupesh always available to assist and finalising the menu.

The stay was amazing and best someone could ever experience, right from the moment we entered till we checked out it was all mesmerizing! We couldn’t expect anything more! Special thanks to Nishtha on the front desk! She made sure we were comfortable and also upgraded us to a wonderful suite! We re really happy the way she took care of us!

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune was exceptional from start to finish. The staff are gracious, professional and genuinely caring in that quiet, understated Ritz-Carlton way. The property itself is stunning: elegant architecture, rich marble interiors, and a sense of calm sophistication that contrasts beautifully with the bustle of the city outside. We left feeling restored and grateful, thank you to the wonderful team!

Best 8 hour stay in a hotel ever

Not enough time for Swimmingpool

This was our 2nd time in this hotel and i expected something better than what we went through during check in the last time, however the experience at the front Desk while check in was not great, Atul Gera the Duty Manager was rude, unemphatetic and unwilling to listen, he kept on arguing and wasted atleast an hour plus we were made to wait for another 30 mins as the room was getting ready when i had already confirmed on whats our time of arrival. He was so unwilling to give us the GOlf view when i had booked one but was not mentioned on the voucher when i could clearly see that it was available, i have never experienced this negative gesture in any of the Marriot Hotel chain, i have visited St Regis, JW, Westin, ITC Luxury collection but somehow i feel RItz Carlton Pune Front Desk especially the Duty Managers need to really go through some serious training on how to be polite, emphathetic and non pretentious with thier customers and when i have been travelling to your hotel for the second time. I had decided after the check in experience that this would be my last time in Ritz pune had it not been Mr Jayant Sood who came to help as always. On Checkin i dint find the room very clean stains in Toilet, bedsheet and bathtub. Jayant Sood came to my room and empathised and made things right for us. He asked us to go for Lunch and gave us the room that we had intially booked with the Golf view. I reckon all your Duty Managers should be trained by My Jayant as he really knows how to speak to your customers and especially repeat customers. Special mention to Debatanu who took good care of us while we were in 3 kitches during Breakfast and Lunch, Somesh also was quite helpful and ensured that we were taken care off. The hosekeeping staff komal Randive was also ensuring that our room is clean and tidy. When we visited the lounge the food was good, however to our surprise we got juices in a glass which had lipstick stain on it, something we cant accept from a brand like RItz Carlton. We told Mr Nigel the Manger of the Lounge, he was apologetic and ensured that he would look into it and made sure that Dinner was served in good clean plates and glasses. Since you have such good people such as Mr Jayant, Debatanu, Nigel, Somesh and Komal who rise to the accasion and make things right when they dont go right everytime, its because of such people even though the experience was not top notch but i can still think of coming back to Ritz and i still trust the people. I had asked to meet the GM but i beleive you were in training, Would love to have a chat with you if you can call me.

Everything was amazing!! The most luxurious hotel ever!!! Loved ever thing Especially Chetan, who is very loving and friendly and gives attention to every single detail!!
