I stayed at the Ritz Carlton for two nights and the hotel is amazing. The thing that really stood out for me was the service staff at the café The manager Chetan was exceptional He went out out of the way to make sure that all our requirements were personalized and fulfilled It makes it so easy to know that you want to come back here again What helps is a great spread, but what makes us delightful? Is the staff and Chetan did an exceptional job

"Experience at Ritz Carlton Pune"

Hotel is really awesome and their housekeeping team and event management team is amazing. These guys go extra mile to make sure your stay remains comfortable and they are consistent about their work. I would like to mention some of the names those who really love what they do- Ms. Gayatri (Housekeeper) Suraj & Ranjit (Housekeeper). Mr. Manish and Mr. Akhand ( Events) they are fabulous people. What to work on- Sales and Front Office. Even they are very nice people only thing is as these guys are frontiers their way of dealing leave first n last impression.

"One of the best luxurious hotel in Pune"

I visited Ritz for my annual party and I was amazed to see the luxury Ritz offer. Multiple lifts with huge walking area and delicious food. Valet parking was quick. Entrance is huge.
