Staff is professional and polite. The property is older but VERY clean. Surrounded with plenty of restaurants and shopping areas. A short commute to Downtown Pittsburgh. I would stay again.

1. Room clean and very big.... 2. The parking lot is dirty and need to have more area light for safety 3. Laundry area is messy and only 2 machine is working

Great deal, shopped around for hotels because my trip kept getting extended day by day, this was one of the cheapest rooms and the most beneficial of them all especially with the small kitchen

Room was clean. Bed was comfy and so we're the pillows. Bathroom was updated and spotless. This is the first time I have seen such an awesome bathrm in a hotel room. Excellent. Loved the convenience of having a kitchen. Perfect to make a quick meal. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others too.

"Good value, clean, easy access to the airport, great for one night stay to catch an early flight."

Very convenient to the airport. I didn't know that there was a breakfast. The desk clerk at check in didn't mention it. Just ran my credit card for their $100 'refundable' deposit. That was the only interaction i had with 'Staff'.

Check in staff acted like she was doing me a favor. She had an underwhelming sense of 'Customer'!
