Sonesta Simply Suites Pittsburgh Airport

Very clean and spacious. Staff was super accommodating and pleasant.

The employee that checked us in was very rude and not professional at all. He asked for a card for incidentals, which was expected. I handed him my Chime banking card and he said he wasn’t able to accept it that he needed a different card. He then went to read the updated policy that was on the desk and said they must not have updated it on the policy. I could “let it slide for tonight, but next time you will be turned away.”

The walls were so thin, I could hear people rolling over in bed in the next room as well as the people in the parking lot, the hallway, and taking showers. If you want quiet, this isn't it.

Pet friendly, room was clean and all appliances for an extended stay, but we used it to be close to the airport. The location wasn't convenient for walking to stores or shop. The area was limited for things to do.

Extremely pleased with the staff at this hotel, extra helpful and friendly and laundry facilities are complementary as well as extra kitchen appliances. Great place to stay!

Nice for an overnight stay

Very good place to stay, sleep, rest, prepare your own meals with well equipped kitchen, near Wal-Mart, restaurants, and other stores. Complimentary shuttle to/from airport.

Front desk assistance was not always available.

Convenient location with lots of shopping centers. 15-20 min drive to downtown Pittsburgh. Very friendly staff. The dishes were a little bit dirty when we first checked in, could use a little more cleaning but other than that would recommend!
