Most of the staff was amazing.

I don't believe it offered breakfast. Liked having a full kitchen. Would have liked a Keurig-type coffee maker, but what was provided was adequate and they supplied the coffee which was nice. Although we did not bring our dog this time, love the fact that it is dog friendly.

It did not have a business center with a printer so I could print out our boarding passes.

Everything was great.

Disappointed. Stayed at the sonesta in Tennessee and it was awesome. Dirty room, stinky room, missing cooking stuff and utensils. Cheap stuff. Had printer on site and staff couldn’t print a piece of paper for us because they didn’t have access to email. Drunk ppl roaming halls in middle of night

Great quiet little place for my quick travel. The staff were very nice.

Pros: - Clean - Comfortable bedding. - Many Dining Options within walking distance. - Walmart and Target within 0.3 miles (if not closer) - Friendly Staff - Convenient Parking Cons - If your looking for something upscale this is not the place for you. - 1/2 drive to the City (which may or may not be a con) - Does seem like a property where people either live there or on extended stays. Overall - Solid property, I would def. stay again in the future when I have weekend Pittsburgh getaways (Steelers, Panthers, Visiting college friends).

Title: Couldn’t Sleep – Had to Check Out Early I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. People were constantly making noise in the hallways, banging doors, jumping, and talking loudly near my room. The noise went on all the time, and I was unable to sleep at all. It got so bad that I ended up checking out at 12:35 AM because I couldn’t stay there any longer. A hotel should provide peace and rest, but this was the opposite. I would not recommend staying here if you value quiet and comfort.
