Hampton Inn Plymouth Meeting

Decor was ugly… and it was supposedly just renovated? Little to no water pressure in bathroom. Coffee was good, thankfully, and the yogurt and muffins made an edible breakfast. I felt like I was eating in a Walmart, though; (can’t people change out of their pjs to come down for breakfast??).

Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was awesome. We were very pleased with our stay here.

It was a convenient location for me. Rooms were clean and well appointed

The first morning I was there, the hammering in the room above was absolutely awful. I did mention that at the front desk and was told renovations were underway and then asked if I would like a different room. I accepted and was given a new room on the first floor. Unfortunately, each of the next two mornings, I had to hear hammering again, although it was not directly above me this time. For over $500 for 3 nights, it wasn’t worth it. I feel like the hotel should have given me the first night free. Before I could leave for the day, I had to return to my room, pack up everything, and bring it all to the front desk. Very much unacceptable

I made a reservation for 3 nights. My plans changed and I added a 4th night with a single night reservation. When I arrived at the hotel, I asked the night desk person, if I could have the same room for all for nights. She said I couldn't. After breakfast, Valerie Jamison was on duty.i explained the situation. She was most helpful and arranged that i could have the same room the entire stay. That is good service and I thanked her. However, in an age of poor to mediocre service, it was wonderful to have good service.

Cleanliness. The breakfast was on-point.

Our room as well as the lobby, dining area, and gym were all clean. Staff was friendly. Refrigerator in room did not work. Ice makers in 3rd and 4th floors are out of service.

Everyone was friendly.
