Locked out of our room twice on first arrival
Clean, affordable, friendly.
I stayed for 2 nights while I was attending a conference. Pros: close to downtown, front staff is friendly, security patrols parking lot at night, it was overall comfortable and quiet Cons: the room itself was nice having a kitchenette and psacious but overall felt very bare, they dont do cleaning everyday which i didnt relly care about but there were no cups to like rinse (theres coffee and coffee pot but no cups? At all...- I imagine most ppl dont bring their own cups), the room wasnt really diety but i kept finding hair all over- on the bed, on the night stands, on the dresser and by the sink and there was only a half roll of toilet paper in bathroom- it just overall felt half cleaned or half put together
I have a good experience everything are clean and nice place and quiet

The hotel staff was wonderfully helpful and the property is one I will go back to next time I'm in Austin.
Close to down town and many other local places staff was awesome and reliable
they did not provide breakfast at the hotel but it was close to restaurants
