Staff is very helpful and nice

The dirtiest hotel of this chain that I have ever seen. The employee at the reception was very rude.

The rooms were great, very spacious & clean. We enjoyed our stay here; the staff was kind, helpful, & made the stay very easy.

I always stay at Simply Sonesta Domain while in Austin because of the location and price. This time the room had a strange odor, the furnishings were shabby and there was a huge space under the door which led to unwanted noise. The staff is always the best, the property could use some updating and recycling options.

For the cost, it was a good deal

This is my home away from home in Austin (as long as the price remains reasonable)!! The place is clean, quiet, safe and convenient. The TV and AC work properly. The water was hot. The staff was friendly.

Cool cheap stay. Everytime I come here the sheets are not clean that’s my only complaint.
