"Hotel smell and a actual breakfast"

Upon arrival staff very polite

It took staff awhile to get card terminal to work, elevator wasn't clean, and smelled bad,hallway to our room smelled bad, no blowdryer, breakfast was only muffins and first morning after arrival breakfast wasn't served on time, morning of check out no staff to be seen at desk, they should have someone at desk at all times or a bell to ring. We weren't offered housekeeping on our stay. If it says breakfast provided it should have more than just muffins available.
