The room size

The stairway hall smelled like pee, the shower had low water pressure and the microwave handle was broken, the sofa looked worn with mixed padding.

Nothing, it was creepy, the area felt unsafe, not under their control, it was dirty and smelled badly.

The receptionist was unhelpful, and rude, very passively nonchalant. Switched us to numerous rooms. Room 1, the tv fell out of the wall, ran down for help while my husband was holding the tv and she told us to just let it hang because there was no emergency maintenance. Room 2 smelled horrific, found a broken drug pipe in the bed upon checking the sheets, we weren’t in the room for 1 minute. The receptionist stated that no one had occupied the room in 7 days, insinuating that it was ours, I told her in that case you either have housekeepers who are not properly cleaning or someone’s using the rooms personally as there was also a large pee stain on the dirty sheets. Room 3 was better but still had a very bad smell. I did get in touch with the property manager who refunded the 1st nights stay.
