Water heater broke down for the whole hotel and we had to check into another hotel

I came in town for my birthday and I left a comment when booking this room that I wanted a clean room upon arrival because I was traveling from out of town so I arrive at the hotel where I was greeted by a young lady who was friendly very friendly I was told about parking and that there would be a fee which I was never told about this fee upon booking the reservation. I was made aware about the $100 deposit so I then asked her where are their books and she said no if there’s any issues with your room, let us know, and we will change you to rooms upon to walking into the hallway, the floor that the room that I was put on there was a strong pee odor, but I didn’t want to jump to conclusions and I did not want to put myself in a situation where now I have to request a refund and having to wait on those funds to come back to my card and I am not in a position to have to wait on that money so I stayed with a friend most of the time due to these issues pipes busting outside near my car roaches in the room, the rooms, cleanliness and upkeep there are exposed hose in the walls that have not been covered up or puttied. Nothing was plugged up no alarm clocks nor lights. The only thing that was super clean was the refrigerator and also to add there is no hot water in the room.
